BJD Body, Progress Shot 2

The next step, joining the body back together again, adding straws for the arms. I ran some wire through the arms to help keep them where I wanted them while adding the paperclay. They also became useful later on to hold onto while sculpting.

It's been placed on my original plans to check for proportions. I didn't mind so much getting these dirty.

As you can see, the body's right lower leg wasn't really in the right position. First I tried sawing the leg off at around the knee and repositioning it, but this didn't really do the trick. Later I inserted thicker bonsai wire into the legs to keep them in the correct position. This worked much better!
